Responsibilities

  • Engage with key stakeholders
  • Ensure clarity on the updated governance as it applies to OH service delivery with all OH stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with site and above site OH leadership to identify required resources to implement the OH services required
  • Collaborate with site EHS/OH leadership to implement the OH services required for compliance including supporting development and recruitment of additional resource as required.
  • Develop and deliver training to support the changes to OH service requirements where required.
  • Provide project reporting to the OH leadership team and other enterprise stakeholders.
  • Develop an assurance approach to demonstrate compliance in business as usual state
  • Provide support as required to the Global Head of OH related to other OH programmes.

Contract

40 hours per week

Candidate requirements

  • Experience of leading and delivering Occupational Health services
  • Experience of working in a multi-national organisation highly desirable
  • UK Registered, Experienced Occupational Health Nurse/ Occupational Physician

We have an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Health Medical Services Implementation Manager to join our team at GSK for a 6-12 month contract.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the required OH medical services to support new global GSK internal governance requirements in conjunction with the relevant site/regional stakeholders to support GSK to Get Ahead Together.

There is flexibility for someone to join our team on either a part time or full-time basis. The role is UK based.
