Locations: London (must be willing to travel to client sites throughout the UK on an ad hoc basis)

The Role
As a Senior Business Analyst you will play an important role in bridging the gap between all business stakeholders, both internal and external, including Sales, Project Management, Technical Architecture, Development, QA Testing, and service support colleagues. Your primary responsibility will be to understand the change needs of our clients, investigate business problems and opportunities, and facilitate the delivery of appropriate changes through the application of business analysis techniques and documentation.
