BAE Systems, within the Advanced Electronic Warfare Solutions (AEWS) Product Line, is looking for a motivated professional to join our Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) Contracts Organization and support our Classified portfolio of Wolfhound and Monsoon programs as well as other pursuits. The successful candidate would gain experience with development and sustainment contracts and strategic program pursuits. These programs are fast paced, dynamic environment requiring a proven individual contributor to proactively manage contractual scope, customer communication and expectations. The successful candidate will lead all contracting activities with minimal supervision. The candidate will also work as the Contracts point of contact on pursuits as new programs evolve and develop.

This position will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies, legal and customer requirements with limited guidance or supervision. The successful candidate will need to interpret and communicate business commitments and alternatives to the program team and management. This position requires an extensive knowledge of government contracting methods, applicable laws and regulations and the ability to develop and maintain professional and dependable relationships with a variety of internal and external customers.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Bachelor's Degree and 6 years work experience or equivalent experience

Required skills:

  • FAR/DFAR knowledge and experience
  • Experience with agreements other than contracts (ex. NDAs, bailment agreements, distributor agreements and/or software license agreements)
  • Proven strong written and verbal skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member
  • Makes decisions using sound judgement while complying with policies, procedures, appropriate principals and applicable state and federal laws and regulations
  • US DoD Clearance TOP SECRET

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $96470 - $164010

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
