Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of communication and engagement strategies aligned with programme objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define clear programme narratives and tailor key messages for different audiences including external candidates.
  • Create and deliver dynamic, multi-channel communication campaigns that engage stakeholders and drive positive change.
  • Own the programme communications plan, ensuring targeted outcomes and alignment with overall programme goals.
  • Establish and implement a framework to measure communication effectiveness, integrating feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Coach and collaborate with HR and programme leaders, enabling them to bring the communication strategy to life.
  • Work closely with the Change team, overseeing a Change & Communications consultant to ensure alignment and execution.

Contract

40 hours per week

Candidate requirements

  • Candidates will experience a purpose-driven employer brand and a personalised hiring process
  • A deep understanding of change management principles and tools, and confidence in applying them
  • Excellent organisational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Experience working with global stakeholders and understanding the nuances of different cultures and communication needs
  • Extensive experience in internal communications, ideally in a global or matrixed environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with experience producing high-quality content across diverse formats

Requirements

What you will bring to the role:

  • Proven expertise in delivering communication strategies for large-scale transformation programmes.
  • Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills, with a reputation for producing compelling and creative communications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with experience producing high-quality content across diverse formats.
  • A deep understanding of change management principles and tools, and confidence in applying them.
  • Excellent organisational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience working with global stakeholders and understanding the nuances of different cultures and communication needs.

The location for this role is London.
