Clark Hill is seeking a Litigation Associate with 2+ years of experience to join its trust and estate controversy group in Chicago, IL. All candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the Illinois Bar. Trust and estate controversy experience is not required, but candidates must possess an interest in trust, estate, and guardianship litigation and administration
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess The Following Skillsets
- Trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast paced, high-volume environment
- Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills
- Strong academic credentials
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $140,000 - $160,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
