    Position Overview:

    Rehabilitation Associates specializes in revolutionizing patient care within skilled rehabilitation and inpatient rehabilitation facilities. We are seeking an experienced advanced practice provider (APP) with a proven track record of providing care to the geriatric population, ideally with a background in physiatry, internal medicine, orthopedics, sports medicine or neurology. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience and would feel comfortable working in a highly collaborative interdisciplinary team environment.

    Position Details:

    In the clinical setting, the APP will be responsible for being the leader of our physiatry consultation service in a subacute rehabilitation facility setting. This includes rounding on the patients undergoing rehabilitation, daily documentation and the co-management of medical barriers to their progress, including acute pain, insomnia and incontinence. The APP will work closely with the primary medical team and meet with the therapy team (OT, PT, and SLP) to discuss and document patients functional progress.

    The APP will also meet with the entire interdisciplinary team on a weekly basis to discuss all patients, addressing barriers to discharge and current progress..

    Compensation:

    We offer a highly competitive salary based upon a 4 or 5-day work week at 6 to 8 hours per day, in addition to a generous benefits package including health, dental, vision, short and long-term disability as well as life insurance.

    There is bonus incentivization based upon RVUs.
