Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to oversee the execution of Key initiatives to execution of IoT Business Strategy
  • Support the creation and management of the Vodafone IoT governance framework including reporting, business reviews, management meetings and quarterly business reviews.
  • Monitor and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure data driven decisions at IoT Leadership team level
  • Track and manage all actions placed on the leadership team, working with key stakeholders across the business to facilitate timely closure of outstanding actions.
  • Support in driving forward comms and engagement at all levels of the business, providing presentations, reports, and whitepapers for both internal and external audiences.
  • Proactively identify operational issues within the IoT Business, and drive forward to resolution

Contract

40 hours per week

The Vodafone Internet of Things (IoT) suite of products and services are designed specifically to meet the needs of new and evolving business verticals. Its connection base has grown 20 % per YoY to reach more than 189 million connections, and Vodafone IoT has been rated a leader in the IoT Connectivity Gartner Magic quadrant and has been for 10 consecutive years. Vodafone are also in the process of carving out and separating the IoT Connectivity business within Vodafone Group, to secure additional partnerships and maintain our leading position in the industry.


The IoT Business Operations Manager role is a critical role which will oversee and optimise business processes, track key metrics for the IoT Business and ensure effective execution of Vodafone IoT's strategy. As the IoT business becomes a standalone company, this role will be critical to ensuring that the operation operates smoothly, adheres to high standards of governance and continuously seeks ways to improve operational efficiently. Working closely with other leaders across the IoT Business to spearhead transformation, the successful candidate for this role will be able articulate and track programmes at a high level , whilst being able to proactively dive into the detail to ensure the IoT Business can execute against it's business objectives.

• Yearly bonus: 10%
