Responsibilities

  • Conduct collection and exploitation of Publicly Available Information (PAI) via use of OSINT tools
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other intelligence disciplines to produce finished intelligence products, including threat assessments
  • Analyze foreign and domestic-based publicly available information to identify trends, patterns, and relationships that provide unique insights to address defense intelligence requirements.
  • Produce Open-Source intelligence (OSINT) Reports and other OSINT network analysis products
  • Knowledgeable of and demonstrates ability to apply IC and DoD classification guidelines and procedures.
  • Demonstrates ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems. Provides guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies. Uses argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives.
  • Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.

Job Description

BAE Systems is seeking Language-Enabled Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Analyst (Russian, Mandarin, Farsi, Arabic, Spanish) to support our government customer at Reston, VA and Patrick Space Force Base, FL. This analyst will be working in a classified environment with other analysts to conduct all-source analytic production on sources and products of information available from public, private, and U.S. and foreign government open-source materials within established security protocols.

Responsibilities will include:

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Junior: Bachelor's degree in a related intelligence area with 3+ years of experience in intelligence related field with OSINT experience within the last 2 years, or 7+ years of experience
  • Mid-level: Bachelor's degree in a related intelligence area with 8+ years of experience in intelligence related field with OSINT experience within the last 2 years, or 10+ years of experience
  • Senior: Master's degree in a related intelligence area with 12+ years of experience in intelligence related field with OSINT experience within the last 2 years, or a Bachelor's degree with 17+ years of experience

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Graduate of Government OSINT Training courses (e.g., U.S. Army OBC, OS301/OS302, CASO, defense or IC equivalent (DIA BOTC, FBI OS101).
  • Experience conducting intelligence analytical support for the IC/DoD

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $75570 - $128480

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
