Responsibilities

  • Assisting with red teaming and intelligence operations feasibility assessments within the planning process.
  • Mission areas for planner assistance include, but are not limited to, support to Defense Open-Source Council (DOSC).
  • Development of campaign plans, deliberate planning, crisis management, and time sensitive planning in accordance with the Joint Operations Planning and Execution System (JOPES).

BAE Systems is seeking Intelligence Planners to support our government customer. These Intelligence Planners will be working in a classified environment and will employ intelligence expertise and knowledge to assist in the integration of Defense and National intelligence support capabilities, including collection, analytic and targeting activities, into overarching operational planning functions and efforts across the DoD.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with red teaming and intelligence operations feasibility assessments within the planning process.
  • Mission areas for planner assistance include, but are not limited to, support to Defense Open-Source Council (DOSC).
  • Development of campaign plans, deliberate planning, crisis management, and time sensitive planning in accordance with the Joint Operations Planning and Execution System (JOPES).

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Mid-level: Bachelor's degree in a related intelligence area with 8+ years of experience in intelligence related field with intelligence planning experience within the last 2 years, or 10+ years of experience
  • Senior: Master's degree in a related intelligence area with 12+ years of experience in intelligence related field with intelligence planning experience within the last 2 years, or a Bachelor's degree with 17+ years of experience
  • Knowledgeable of and demonstrate ability to apply IC and DoD classification guidelines and procedures.
  • Prior military or government analytical experience

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Graduate of Government OSINT Training courses (e.g., U.S. Army OBC, OS301/OS302, CASO, defense or IC equivalent (DIA BOTC, FBI OS101).
  • Experience conducting intelligence analytical support for the IC/DoD

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $75570 - $128480

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
