We are seeking a
Linux Help Desk Administrator to support foundational aspects of the enterprise's HPC infrastructure and user-facing services utilizing Linux desktop operating systems. They will conduct routine system maintenance checks, perform hardware and software installations, and assist in troubleshooting software (including applications), hardware technical issues (including peripherals) utilizing ServiceNow ticketing system. They will also be responsible for documenting standard operating procedures and assisting higher-level administrators in larger projects.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $95106 - $161680
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
