Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing members of the asset integration team and delivery of work scopes
  • Scoping and delivering asset integration and pre-operational activities for major site and infrastructure projects
  • Developing integration strategies and through life management plans
  • Liaising with and managing key stakeholders within the project, and end user function
  • Responsible for the integration of new assets and infrastructure into site business management systems
  • Implementing post-handover asset management arrangements
  • Production and validation of working level instructions
  • Deriving and developing operations, maintenance and asset management strategies

Contract

40 hours per week

Candidate requirements

Salary: Circa £43,000

What you'll be doing:

  • Responsible for managing members of the asset integration team and delivery of work scopes

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • Degree qualified in a STEM subject, or equivalent engineering, maintenance, or operational experience
  • An understanding of Asset Management principles
  • Experience working within asset integration, or pre-operations
  • Significant experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships
  • Experience in managing scopes of work to challenging schedules
  • Experience in the production and validation of working level instructions

Desirable:

  • Experience or exposure of project transitions to operations
  • Basic understand of asset management
